A well established organisation which boasts various achievements over the years, operating for many years has resulted to a robust sitemap dedicated to helping the homeless, due to such a huge number of successful homeless adult stories, this achievement then lead to expansion in helping many, the focus has always been 'doing the right thing for the homeless' this is the root of success for Heartlands Hostel.
The Heartlands Hostel in Bordlesly Green, is all within local amenities such as Asda/Lidl/Post office & various other food/Drink places. short bus ride from the City Centre. Our location consist of Qualified/Experienced support workers who work alongside with individuals & their families who need help both emotionally & practically.
WHAT WE DO
Heartlands hostels works with adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, aiming to provide housing solutions for them and making sure it’s quick and simple. We have been operating for over a decade now which has seen successful and positive outcomes for many.
Our mission is to provide housing solutions by helping homeless adults in locating accommodations within the Birmingham and surrounding areas, our staff aim to deliver high support & supervision throughout the process by delivering a high standard of customer care/support and answering any questions you may have.
Over the years we have seen a rise in homeless adults; our priority has always remained the same which is to do the right thing for them by making the transition quick and simple as possible through the help of our highly dedicated staff. Our experienced staff offer advice and aim to improve the lives of people so as an organisation we can play our part and make a difference. Our same day decision and placement services makes it a quick and simple process to find a roof over your head, the supervised hostels provide 24hour around the clock access to rooms.
In-house computer/Internet facilities available for all residents to use, we also provide guidance on how to use these facilities in order to look for Job Vacancies, Create CV's, build a personal statement. Heartlands Hostels aims to work together with residents to figure out what line of work or profession they could move into.
